Fishy Story
A woman is in bed with her l*ver who also happens to be her husband’s best friend. They m*ke l*ve for hours, and afterward they’re just lying there, enjoying the n*arn*ss of each other. The phone rings, and because it’s the woman’s house, she reaches over and picks up the receiver.
Her lover looks over and listens, only hearing her side of the conversation.
She is speaking in a cheery voice. ” Hello? Oh, hi! SO glad you called. Really.
That’s wonderful! I’m so happy for you. Sounds terrific. Great! Thanks! Okay. Buh-bye.”
She hangs up the phone and her lover asks, “Who was that?”
“Oh,” she replies, ” that was my husband telling me what a wonderful time he’s having on his fishing trip with you.”

Inside a small auto repair shop, Joe was elbow-deep in a Ford engine.
Bolts out.
Valves off.
Camshaft adjusted.
Grease on his hands. Focus in his eyes.
A famous heart surgeon walked in to check on his car.
Joe looked up, recognized him immediately.
Wiped his hands. Smiled.
“Hey, Doc… let me ask you something.”
He pointed at the open engine.
“I take this apart… fix what’s broken… put it back together…
and when I’m done, it runs like new.”
He paused.
“You do the same thing… just on a human h*art.”
Another pause.
“So how come I’m living paycheck to paycheck…
and you’re buying mansions?”
The surgeon didn’t answer right away.
He stepped closer.
Looked at the engine.
Then lean in…
and said quietly:
“Try doing it… while it’s still running.”
Silence.
Joe stared at the engine.
For the first time…
it didn’t look so simple anymore.
