Before Corporal Caleb Earwood got married, he wanted to pray with his future spouse. The future union between them was the focus of the prayer. In addition, it is customary for the husband to abstain from seeing the bride before the wedding, so the couple simply held hands while not exchanging looks. Together, they prayed.
